For me, finding your tribe is about finding the people who expect your truest truth and nothing else. They share your vision. They help you grow. They build you up. They acknowledge your shortcomings without shaming or judging. Tribes are fluid and alive. They change and grow with time and experience. They band together in times of struggle and share in your celebrations, big and small.
